So at this point I'm supposed to be losing two pounds a week with a final goal of 112-114 pounds. I started in January at 129 pounds. Here's my progress for the last couple of weeks:
4/2 -- 122.8
4/5 -- 121.8
4/8 -- 121.4
4/9 -- 120.6
4/12 -- 119.8
4/13 -- 118.6
4/14 - 118.4
4/15 -- 118.6
4/16 -- 116.4
4/19 -- 116.2
